Documents Needed for University Application
Before applying to a Hungarian university, Bangladeshi students must prepare certain documents. Requirements differ for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs. Below is a clear breakdown:
Bachelor's Programs
- SSC Certificate & Transcript
- HSC Certificate & Transcript
- Valid Passport (minimum 2 years)
- Passport-size Photographs
- IELTS/TOEFL (5.0–6.0) or English Medium Proof
- Motivation Letter
- CV/Resume
Master's Programs
- Bachelor's Degree Certificate & Transcript
- SSC & HSC Certificates (sometimes required)
- Valid Passport (minimum 2 years)
- Passport-size Photographs
- IELTS/TOEFL (6.0–6.5) or English Medium Proof
- Motivation Letter
- CV/Resume
- Two Recommendation Letters
- Research Proposal (if required)
PhD Programs
- Master's Degree Certificate & Transcript
- Bachelor's Degree Certificate & Transcript
- Valid Passport (minimum 2 years)
- Passport-size Photographs
- IELTS/TOEFL (6.5–7.0)
- Motivation Letter
- Detailed Research Proposal
- CV (with research/publications if any)
- Two Recommendation Letters
- Supervisor Acceptance (if required)
