University of Public Service
The University of Public Service (Ludovika, NKE), established in 2012 through the merger of Hungary’s national defence, police and public administration higher-education institutions, is based in Budapest with a Faculty of Water Sciences in Baja. It offers English-taught Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD programs in international relations, public administration, cybersecurity, water sciences and military/civil engineering.

Admission Requirements
Bachelor's applicants need a secondary school leaving certificate; Master's applicants need a relevant Bachelor's degree; PhD applicants need a Master's degree. English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL or equivalent) required for all levels. Military and law-enforcement related programs may have additional physical/background requirements.
