Admission Requirements
Applicants must submit a complete set of documents, including a duly filled application form with personal details matching their passport information. Academic records must include a Secondary High School report card (with highlighted grades in Mathematics, Physics, and English) and a General Certificate of Education (G.C.E.) or equivalent diploma, both requiring notarized English translations if originally in another language. Additionally, official transcripts from any prior higher education institutions must be submitted, also with certified translations if necessary. A valid passport copy, one recent passport-sized photo (51×51 mm), and a medical certificate are mandatory.
For MSc and PhD applicants, two recommendation letters and a motivation letter are required, while PhD candidates must also submit a study plan. Proof of English proficiency (such as IELTS or TOEFL) is compulsory for all programs. Architecture and Industrial Design Engineering applicants must provide a portfolio. Finally, a bank receipt confirming the non-refundable €150 application fee (except for Preparatory Doctoral Program applicants) must accompany the submission.
