Documents Needed for University Application

Before applying to a Hungarian university, Bangladeshi students must prepare certain documents. Requirements differ for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs. Below is a clear breakdown:

🎓 Bachelor’s Programs

  • SSC Certificate & Transcript
  • HSC Certificate & Transcript
  • Valid Passport (minimum 2 years)
  • Passport-size Photographs
  • IELTS/TOEFL (5.0–6.0) or English Medium Proof
  • Motivation Letter
  • CV/Resume

🎓 Master’s Programs

  • Bachelor’s Degree Certificate & Transcript
  • SSC & HSC Certificates (sometimes required)
  • Valid Passport (minimum 2 years)
  • Passport-size Photographs
  • IELTS/TOEFL (6.0–6.5) or English Medium Proof
  • Motivation Letter
  • CV/Resume
  • Two Recommendation Letters
  • Research Proposal (if required)

🎓 PhD Programs
